The Company designs, manages, and optimizes affiliate marketing programs, combining deep channel expertise with proprietary technology to help clients acquire customers and improve marketing performance.
At the core of Advertise Purple’s offering is Bloom, its proprietary data, analytics, and workflow platform. Bloom supports partner selection, commission optimization, and program management while providing clients with visibility into affiliate performance. Through the acquisition, Bloom joins ONAR Labs alongside Retina AI, ONAR’s predictive customer intelligence platform, and Cortex, its offline and online sales attribution platform.
The combination expands ONAR’s affiliate and partnership marketing capabilities and brings additional technology resources to Advertise Purple’s clients and team. Jonathan Moisan, Chief Executive Officer, and Rowland Hazard, Chief Operating Officer, will continue to lead the business.
